Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A: Orders will generally ship within 2-3 business days, if paypal notifies us that your shipping address is unconfirmed order will be held for 5-7 days or till paypal notifies us payment has cleared. If there is a delay in shipping because of a backordered item you will be notified by email.
Q: How can I view my order status?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page, enter the confirmation number and click Go!
Q: How long do custom sign orders take?
A: Custom Sign orders usually take 5 -7 business days starting the day after your approval of the emailed proof. If you order several items including a custom signs, all items will be shipped together.
Q: Should I apply a sealer to my wood works before painting?
A: Before painting, apply one coat of sander sealer or primer. The sealer will raise the grain of the wood work. Then after required drying time sand the sealer coat smooth then apply your finish coat. If you’re staining the wood works applying the sealer is not necessary.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A:. Orders will be shipped via USPS First class, Priority Mail or Express mail (including Alaska & Hawaii). Shipping charges are rated on the total purchase value of your order on order. For International Customers duties, customs fees and/or additional costs to receive your order are your responsibility. These fees are beyond my control.
Q: What kind of wood do you use in your Products?
A: 1/8" Baltic Birch B/BB (or 3-B) grade Plywood, the best we can find, all plies are birch and the inner plies are void free. All our finished items are solid Walnut, Oak and Maple which is finished front and back with a furniture grade lacquer finish.
