PayPal has become an efficient tool to transfer money securely and quickly online. We are a member and do accept PayPal payments. We accept echecks or you may use credit cards through PayPal.  PayPal is safe, secure, simple, and you don't need a PayPal account to use their service. 

You don't even need a credit card to use PayPal, you can pay with eCheck. PayPal Buyer Protection is offered as a way to make our online trading community even safer and more secure. With PayPal Buyer Protection, qualified purchases paid for through PayPal are eligible for up to $500.00 USD coverage at no additional cost. Additional coverage may apply for purchases made with PayPal Buyer Credit.

For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information for future purchases. The purchase process is more convenient, resulting in an increase in completed sales and higher customer satisfaction.

Shipping:

Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days, if there is a delay in shipping you will be notified by email.

International Shipping: 

Shipping to  International Countries is a flat rate based on the total purchase value of your order sent via Int'l USPS shipping - estimate 6 to 16 days delivery time.

Damaged Items:

If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.

Return Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order from Vintage Victorian Dollhouse Wood Works, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt, you must contact us via e-mail prior to you returning items. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds will be less shipping and handling fees and Paypal refund fee.

Custom Signs: 

After the checkout process is completed we will contact you within 24 hours via e-mail or you can e-mail us with your text for the sign. The next step in the process is you will be emailed a sign proof for your approval to go ahead and make your sign.  If you order several items including a custom order, all items will be shipped together. NO RETURNS on custom sign orders.
